How long is the shipping and what does it cost?

What do I do if my item is damaged or does not arrive?

  • For damaged articles please take a picture and send it to us via our support center with the order number and the picture.
  • If your article is not with you after a maximum of 29 days, please write a message to us via the Support Center.

How do I return an article?

  • Please contact our support center as you will need an RMA number for every return.
Return rules
  • Original packaging and labels must be present.
  • Products that are manufactured for customers are excluded from the revocation !!
  • Erotic items such as toys of any kind are excluded from exchange !!
  • Swimwear and underwear are excluded from withdrawal for reasons of hygiene.
  • We do not refund any return shipping costs which must be paid by the buyer.
  • Upon receipt of the return we check the goods for defects and if everything is OK we will transfer the money back to your account or PayPal account.
  • You can also get an exchange of the product from us.

  • If your order does not arrive or the tracking system does not provide information, you will receive your money back for 30 days.
  • If the goods are defective upon receipt and you have contacted the Support Center with pictures, we will send you back your money.
